摘要
现阶段,国家现代化进程的标志之一便是电梯生产及使用状况,我国从改革开放以来,电梯生产技术与管理水平均得到快速进步。与其他设备不同的是,因其涉及人们的生命安全,所以电梯在安全性上其精密性更高。变频调速作为目前机械电力系统科学调配方式,其能够有效地提高机械做功速率,并且及时地予以信息反馈。鉴于此,文章对电梯基本结构进行简要阐述,分析变频调速电梯控制系统设计原理,并对控制系统设计要点进行探讨。
At the present stage,one of the symbols of a country's modernization is elevator production and application status.Since the reform and opening-up.China has made rapid progress in its elevator production technology and management level.Elevators have higher precision than other types of equipment,because they involve people's physical safety.As a scientific allocation method for mechanical and electrical systems,variable-frequency speed control can effectively improve the rate of doing work and timely give information feedback.In view of this,this paper briefly describes an elevator's basic structure,analyzes the design principle of variable-frequency speed control system for elevators,and discusses the control system's key points of design.
