Exploration and Application of Rapid Postgraduate Training Based on Innovation Alliance Base and Project Driven

校外实践基地的建设完善、高效利用及导师实践能力的提升对于专业学位类研究生的快速培养是至关重要的。本论文总结了作者团队近几年在建设校地创新协作联盟的过程中,促进研究生实践基地求实化,探索以项目为驱动,结合开展研究生联合培养的一些做法、成效等,力图实现专硕高效快速培养。

The construction and improvement of off-campus practice base,efficient utilization and improvement of tutor's practical ability are very important for the rapid training of professional degree postgraduates.This paper summarizes the author's team in recent years in the process of building a school-site innovation and collaboration alliance,to promote the realism of graduate practice base,explore project-driven,combined with some practices and results of professional training,and strive to achieve professional and efficient training.
