智能制造时代工业工程“一体 两核 三翼”专业硕士教学体系研究——基于OBE(成果导向)教育模式 被引量:8

摘要 在智能制造时代背景下,现有的工业工程专业硕士教学体系培养面临严峻的现实挑战。文章通过分析目前国内外著名高校工业工程硕士的培养体系,发现有必要重新对工业工程专业型硕士教学体系进行系统性规划与设计。基于OBE教育模式,通过明确人才培养要求:空间复合型和纵深应用型,针对性地提出新增“互联网+”新课、优化集成传统课程、强化学生自主学习的三元体系,突出体系的两个核心驱动:理论课程和产业实践,推出一体化评价模式,构建“一体两核三翼”的教学体系。 In the context of the era of intelligent manufacturing,the existing teaching system for professional master's degree in industrial engineering is facing severe practical challenges.By analyzing the current training system of famous industrial engineering masters at home and abroad,it is found that the systematic planning and design of the industrial engineering master's teaching system is very urgent.Based on the OBE education model,through clarifying the requirements for talent training:spatial composite and deep application,we put forward the ternary system about proposing new"Internet+"new course,optimize integration of traditional courses,and strengthen students'independent learning,highlight the two core drive of the system:theoretical curriculum and industrial practice,launch an integrated evaluation model,and build a teaching system of"one body,two cores and three wings".
