摘要
关于工匠精神已由最初的望文生义逐步转向内涵解读,由单纯的思想政治教育、道德宣传,逐步转向人才培养模式、课程体系建构等方面。文章基于现代学徒制视角,剖析工业设计领域从学徒到工匠的成长路径,对工业设计领域人才工匠精神传承路径提出可供借鉴的建议。
The spirit of craftsmen has gradually shifted from the original literary outlook to the connotation interpretation,from the simple ideological and political education,moral propaganda,to the personnel training mode,curriculum system construction and so on.Based on the perspective of modern apprenticeship,this paper analyses the growth path from apprenticeship to craftsman in the field of industrial design,and puts forward some suggestions for the inheritance path of craftsman spirit in the field of industrial design.
