This paper briefly introduces the development goals,major tasks,technical routes and phased objectives of clean vehicles in Hainan Clean Vehicle Development Plan,and analyses the impact of banning the sale of fuel vehicle and clean vehicle development on energy supply and demand,and related industry development,and gives development proposal for energy enterprises and related industries.
