摘要
针对建筑物外立面瓷砖高空坠落、普通砂浆易开裂和有机涂料老化开裂的工程难题,开展了外墙防渗抗裂砂浆的研究。在普通砂浆中掺加LX-5添加剂制备新型外墙防渗抗裂砂浆,并通过试验测试、外墙模拟测试,探究了LX-5添加剂掺量及砂浆厚度对砂浆防渗抗裂性能的影响。结果表明:随添加剂LX-5掺量的增加,砂浆的收缩率先减小后增加,当LX-5掺量为12%时,砂浆收缩率最低,为不掺LX-5普通砂浆的72.4%;20 mm厚度的防渗抗裂砂浆抗渗性能为P6,满足工程要求,30 mm厚新型防渗抗裂砂浆抗渗性能为P7,与普通砂浆相比,抗裂能力显著提高。通过剪切销钉增挂钢丝网提高外墙防渗抗裂砂浆的抗裂性能和附着力,经实际工程检验,满足工程要求。
In order to solve such engineering problems as peeling of ceramic tiles on the building surfaces,cracking of plain mortar as well as season cracking of organic coating,the research on anti-seepage and anti-cracking mortar for external walls was carried out.The impervious and anti-cracking mortar was made by adding additive of LX-5 into the plain mortar,while the effect of dosage of LX-5 and thickness of mortar on impervious and anti-crack performance was researched through experiments and external wall simulation test.It can be concluded that the shrinkage of mortar decreases at first and then increases with the increasing of the amount of LX-5.When the amount of LX-5 is 12%,the shrinkage of mortar performs smallest,which is about 72.4%of the plain mortar without LX-5.It can be further checked that when the thickness of impervious and anti-cracking mortar reaches to 20mm,impervious performance is P6 which meets the engineering requirements.The crack resistance is significantly improved when the thickness of impervious and anti-cracking mortar reaches to 30mm.Moreover,the crack resistance and adhesive force of impervious and anti-cracking mortar can be further improved by hanging steel wire mesh on shear pins which is verified by practical engineering and meets the engineering requirements.
