摘要
[目的]构建一套科学、全面、客观的基于医养结合背景下的在职护士老年培训课程指标体系。[方法]采用文献资料法、半结构访谈、课题组讨论以及两轮德尔菲专家咨询法确定医养结合在职护士老年培训课程体系的内容。[结果]两轮专家咨询应答率均为100%;专家权威系数为0.93;专家意见肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.364,0.295,均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。在职护士老年培训课程体系包括5个一级指标、13个二级指标、70个三级指标。[结论]构建的医养结合在职护士老年培训课程体系具有科学性、全面性及可操作性,对提升医养结合护士在职培训质量具有重要意义。
Objective:To construct a scientific,comprehensive,objective training curriculum system for the elderly care among the nurses under the medical-nursing combined service backgrounds.Methods:Using literature research,semi-structured interview,group discussion,and two-round Delphi expert consultation were adopted.And the curriculum system on geriatric care among inservice nurses was constructed.Results:The response rates for two rounds of experts consultations were both 100%.The authority coefficient on experts was 0.93.And the Kendall′s concordance coefficients were 0.364 and 0.295,respectively.The differences had statistical significance(P<0.001).Finally,the training curriculum system on elderly nursing for on-the-job nurses consisted of five first-class indexes,thirteen second-class indexes and seventy third-class indexes.Conclusion:The established training curriculum system on elderly nursing among nurses was scientific,comprehensive and operable,which was of great significance to improve training quality for on-jobs nurses under the medical-nursing combined service backgrounds.
