摘要
对护士职业发展相关测评工具的发展过程、基本特征、信效度、适用人群、测评方式及评分类型进行综述,分析国内外护士职业发展测评工具的优缺点,旨在为选择合适的测评工具及研制更科学的测评工具提供参考。
This paper summarized the development process,basic characteristics,reliability and validity,target population,measuring and assessment methods and scoring types of assessment tools,which were related to the career development of nurses.Furthermore,it analyzed and compared the advantages and disadvantages of assessment tools for the career development of nurses at home and abroad,so as to provide reference for selecting appropriate assessment tools and developing more scientific assessment tools.
