摘要
针对不规则内型腔内部结构扭曲、深而窄的特点,提出了两种电解加工装置设计方案。借助计算机UG设计软件,通过有限元分析比较,结果表明:在承受相同载荷的条件下,第二种方案零部件的变形量较小。通过实验验证了该方案满足电解加工的要求。
The design schemes of two kinds of electrolytic processing devices are proposed aiming at the distortion,deep and narrow internal structure of the irregular inner cavity.Based on the UG design software,the analysis and comparison of finite element was developed.The calculation results show that under the condition of the same load,the deformation of the second solution parts is smaller,and the test is verified to meet the requirements of electrolytic machining.
