层流床在急性白血病粒缺期患者中的成本-效果分析

Cost-effectiveness Analysis of Patients with Acute Leukemia Admitted to Laminar Flow Bed during Granulocystic Phase

目的探讨层流床在急性白血病粒缺期患者中的成本-效果分析。方法回顾性分析2013年4月至2017年5月医院收治的311例急性白血病粒缺期患者的临床资料,患者均使用抗菌药物,入住层流床的145例作为试验组,入住普通清洁病房的166例作为对照组,比较两组住院时间、抗生素使用时间、发热时间、粒缺持续时间、抗感染疗效、一级护理时间和费用。结果试验组抗感染治疗有效率、抗生素使用时间、发热时间、一级护理时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组住院时间、粒缺持续时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性白血病粒缺期患者的治疗中,层流床抗感染效果优于普通清洁病房,且层流床成本更低。

Objective To study the cost-effectiveness of patients with acute leukemia admitted to laminar flow bed in the absence of granules.Methods The clinical data of 311 patients with acute leukemia who were admitted to our hospital from April 2013 to May 2017 were in retrospective analysis.These patients used antibiotics during their hospital stay.145 patients admitted to the laminar flow bed were set as the test group,and 166 patients admitted to the general clean room were set as the control group.We compared the hospitalization time,antibiotic use time,fever time,and lack of granulocyte time,anti-infective efficacy,primary care time and hospitalization costs.Results The effective rate of anti-infective treatment,antibiotic use time,fever time and primary care time in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the duration of hospitalization and the duration of neutropenia between the two groups(P>0.05).At the same time,the trial group cost was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with acute leukemia in the period of granulocytosis,the laminar flow bed has better anti-infective effect than the general clean ward,and the cost is lower.
