摘要
为研究坡缕石改性沥青的高温性能,采用有机化试剂对坡缕石进行有机化处理,通过布氏粘度计及动态剪切流变仪对有机化前后的坡缕石以及不同有机化坡缕石掺量的改性沥青进行试验,研究改性沥青的高温性能。结果表明,坡缕石对改性沥青的粘度和抗车辙性能具有改善作用,且与坡缕石掺量呈现正相关关系。坡缕石的加入可以显著提升沥青的PG等级。经过有机化处理的坡缕石改性效果进一步提升,采用3%掺量的有机化坡缕石对沥青进行改性是较为合适的。
In order to study the high temperature performance of palygorskite modified asphalt, the palygorskite was organic treated by organic reagent in this study. The modified asphalts were tested by brokfield viscometer and dynamic shear rheometer,which were modified with palygorskite before and after organic treatment and different contents of organic treatment palygorskite,aiming to study the high temperature performance of modified asphalts. The results indicate that there is an effect for palygorskite to improve the viscosity and rutting resistance performance,and its positive correlation with the content of palygorskite is obvious. The addition of palygorskite can significantly improve the PG grade of asphalt. The modification effect of palygorskite is further improved after its organic treatment. 3% of organic palygorskite is a best content to modify the asphalt.
