年龄相关性黄斑变性病人应对方式及其影响因素分析

Analysis of coping styles and influencing factors in patients with age-related macular degeneration

[目的]了解年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)病人的应对方式特点及其影响因素,为提高病人身心健康提供依据。[方法]采用一般资料问卷和医学应对问卷(MCMQ)对广州市某三级甲等医院眼科的103例AMD病人进行调查分析。[结果]AMD病人的面对维度得分低于国内常模,回避维度得分高于国内常模(P<0.001);不同年龄、文化程度、职业状态、医疗方式、家庭人均月收入、疾病影响程度、疾病治疗了解情况、有无合并其他眼病的AMD病人应对方式得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多重线性逐步回归显示职业状态、医疗方式、家庭人均月收入、疾病治疗了解情况对应对方式得分的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]护理人员应关注AMD病人的应对方式,采取有针对性的干预措施,引导病人采取有效的应对方式,提高病人对治疗护理的依从性。

Objective:To investigate the level of the coping style in patients with age-related macular degeneration(AMD)and to analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide evidences for improving their physical and mental health.Methods:The self-designed general information questionnaire and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ)were used to collect data of 103 patients with AMD from a third grade A hospital in Guangzhou.Results:The score of face coping style in patients with AMD was lower than the national norm,while the score of the surrender coping style was higher than the national normal score(P<0.001).The difference in age,educational level,occupational status,medical mode,the average monthly family income,the degree of disease influence,understanding of disease treatment,and the effect of other eye diseases on coping styles were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression showed that the occupational status,medical mode,the average monthly family income and the knowledge of disease treatment entered the regression equation of coping style(P<0.05).Conclusions:Nurses should pay attention to the coping style of patients with AMD,adopt targeted intervention measures,guide patients to adopt effective coping style,and improve patients′compliance to treatment and nursing.
