双氯芬酸对剖宫产术后患者肠道梗阻发生率影响分析

Analysis of the effect of diclofenac on the incidence of intestinal obstruction after cesarean section

目的探讨双氯芬酸对剖宫产术后患者肠道梗阻发生率影响。方法对象选取为60例行剖宫产的产妇,选自2016年1月~2018年2月期间,所有产妇按照1∶1比例平分为观察组与对照组,每组30例,将采用常规方式治疗的患者纳入对照组,在常规基础上,采用双氯芬酸治疗的患者纳入观察组,对比两组产妇肠道梗阻发生率、不良反应评分情况及疼痛评分情况。结果观察组患者肠道梗阻发生率0.00%,明显低于对照组10.00%发生率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的TESS及疼痛评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的TESS及疼痛评分明显下降,且观察组TESS及疼痛评分下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对行剖宫产的产妇,使用双氯芬酸治疗能减少肠道梗阻发生率,且不良反应少。

Objective To investigate the effect of diclofenac on the incidence of intestinal obstruction after cesarean section.Methods 60 cases of cesarean section were selected.From January 2016 to February 2018,all parturients were equally divided into observation group and control group according to the ratio of 1∶1,30 cases in each group.Patients who were treated by conventional methods were included in the control group.Patients who were treated by diclofenac acid were included in the observation group on the basis of routine methods.The incidence of intestinal obstruction,adverse reaction score and pain score were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of intestinal obstruction after cesarean section of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TESS and pain score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TESS and pain score of the two groups decreased significantly,and the TESS and pain score of the observation group decreased significantly more than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diclofenac can reduce the incidence of intestinal obstruction in cesarean section women,and has fewer adverse reactions.
