经尿道双极等离子电切术与传统开放手术治疗膀胱癌的效果及其对并发症发生率影响分析

Effect of transurethral bipolar plasma electrotomy and traditional open surgery on bladder cancer and its complication rate

目的探讨经尿道双极等离子电切术与传统开放手术治疗膀胱癌的效果及其对并发症发生率影响。方法研究病例共60例,均为某院于2016年1月~2019年1月期间收治的膀胱癌患者,随机分组各30例,对照组采用传统开放手术治疗,观察组采用经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗,评价两组手术损害、术后恢复情况,观察术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间及术中出血量显著低于对照组,且术后恢复膀胱冲洗、下床活动、尿管拔除及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组膀胱穿孔率1.67%、尿道狭窄率0.00%、伤口感染率0.00%、继发性出血率0.00%与对照组6.67%、6.67%、13.33%、6.67%比较均明显更低(P<0.05)。结论与传统开放手术相比,针对膀胱癌患者采用经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗可进一步减少手术损害,促进术后快速恢复,缩短住院时间,而且并发症更少,手术安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of transurethral bipolar plasma electrotomy and conventional open surgery on bladder cancer and the incidence of complications.Methods A total of 60 patients were enrolled in the study.All patients were enrolled in the hospital from January 2016 to January 2019.They were randomly assigned to 30 patients of each group.The control group received conventional open surgery.The patients in observation group were received the treatment of transurethral bipolar plasma electrotomy.Then to evaluate the surgical damage and postoperative recovery of the two groups,and to observe the postoperative complications.Results The operation time and intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the bladder irrigation,get out of bed,urinary catheter removal and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The perforation rate was 1.67%in the observation group,and the urethral stricture rate was 0.00%,the wound infection rate was 0.00%,and the secondary bleeding rate was 0.00%,which were better than the control group of 6.67%,6.67%,13.33%,and 6.67%(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional open surgery,transurethral bipolar plasma electrotomy for bladder cancer patients can further reduce surgical damage,promote rapid recovery after surgery,shorten hospitalization time,and have fewer complications and higher safety.
