引导游戏护理模式在过敏性紫癜患儿中的应用

The Application of Guiding Game Nursing Model in Children with Allergic Purpura

目的:探讨引导游戏护理模式在过敏性紫癜患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月1日~2019年5月31日收治的过敏性紫癜患儿120例,根据建档时间分为研究组和对照组各60例,对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组在常规护理基础上给予引导游戏护理模式;比较两组焦虑程度[采用儿童社交焦虑量表(SASC)]、治疗依从性、心理适应性[采用特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)]、家属护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组SASC中害怕否定评价、社交回避及苦恼评分低于护理前(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.01);研究组治疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,研究组TCSQ中积极应对评分高于对照组(P<0.01),消极应对评分低于对照组(P<0.01);研究组家属护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将引导游戏护理模式应用于过敏性紫癜患儿中,可有效缓解患儿焦虑程度,增强心理适应性,提高治疗依从性,家属认可度高。

Objective:To explore the effect of guiding game nursing model in children with allergic purpura.Methods:A total of 120 ca-ses of children with allergic purpura admitted from January 1,2018 to May 31,2019 were selected.According to the filing time,they were divided into study group and control group with 60 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the research group was given guided game nursing model on the basis of routine nursing.The anxiety levels(SASC),treatment compliance,psychological adaptation(TCSQ)and nursing satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the fear of negative evaluation,social avoidance and distress scores in the two groups of SASC were lower than before(P<0.05),and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).The treatment compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the positive response score of TCSQ in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),while the negative response score of TCSQ was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction of family members in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of guiding game nursing model to children with allergic purpura can effectively alleviate the anxiety of children,enhance psychological adaptability,improve treatment compliance,and improve the recognition of family members.
