关于建立高职院校体育教师发展评价机制的研究

Research on Establishing Evaluation Mechanism of Physical Education Teachers’ Development in Higher Vocational Colleges

建立高职院校体育教师发展机制,不仅能够为高职体育教师教学、科研工作的全面发展提供强大保障,同时还能够为高职院校体育教师适应未来发展新要求提供强有力的保证。文章在分析高职院校建立体育教师发展评价机制的紧迫性和侧重点基础上,提出建立高职院校体育教师发展评价机制的路径,即明确高职院校体育教师发展评价机制构建的原则、以相关规定确立高职院校体育教师发展评价标准、打造以高职体育教师发展为中心的评价指标体系。

Establishing the development mechanism of P.E.teachers in higher vocational colleges can not only provide a strong guarantee for the overall development of P.E.teachers'teaching and scientific research,but also provide a strong guarantee for P.E.teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges to adapt to the new requirements of future development.Based on the analysis of the urgency and emphasis of establishing the evaluation mechanism for the development of P.E.teachers in Higher Vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the ways to establish the evaluation mechanism for the development of P.E.teachers in higher vocational colleges,namely,to clarify the principles for the construction of the evaluation mechanism for the development of P.E.teachers in higher vocational colleges,to establish the evaluation criteria for the development of P.E.teachers in higher vocational colleges with relevant provisions,and evaluation index system.
