摘要
高校运用对分课堂开展人格教育的合理性在于对分课堂符合人格教育的规律,能兼顾外部灌输和主动内化,能激励学生,能帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯,能调动学生的主动性,能为人格教育营造宽松、自由的环境。高校运用对分课堂开展人格教育的可行性在于高校教师具有较高的学历,能快速地接受和掌握,对分课堂切合中国国情,门槛低,无须大量投入,便于推广。
The rationality of applying"PAD Class"to personality education in university is that it conforms to the law of personality cultivation.By combining outer instruction with active internalization,"PAD Class"is able to motivate students and help them to develop good studying habits.It can arouse students'initiative and create a free and relaxed environment for personality education.The feasibility of applying"PAD Class"to personality education in university is that the teachers with relative higher education background can quickly accept and master"PAD Class".With low entrance threshold,"PADClass"can be easily promoted and is suitable for the situation of China.
