立德树人视域下研究生培养的探讨

Discussion on the Postgraduate Cultivation from the Perspective of Moral Enhancement and Talent Cultivation

立德树人是研究生教育的根本任务。本文提出采用“多位一体”的研究生协同培养模式,即创新研究生思政课程,完善专业课程的课程思政建设,落实研究生导师的主体作用,发挥导师团队以及辅导员在德育教育工作中的作用,以期“立德树人”的教育理念在研究生教育教学改革中得以有效实施。

The fundamental task of postgraduate education is Moral Enhancement and Talent Cultivation(METC).A comprehensive postgraduate cultivation mode is proposed in this paper and is composed of the following parts:innovating ideological and political courses,improving the construction of specialized courses integrated with moral education,implementing the principal role of supervisors,supervisor team and postgraduate counselor in the moral education work.It is expected that the educational concept of METC can be effectively implemented in the reform of postgraduate education and teaching.
