摘要
北京市教委推行“北京市高等学校高水平人才交叉培养计划”,其中“实培计划”让学生到实验室、企业、科研院所实践锻炼,促进学生“学思结合”“知行合一”“优势发挥”。文章着重分析了北京工业大学材料学院实施“实培计划”的特点与优势,有效构建工作实习、科研训练、毕业设计三个子项目有机结合,时间、内容、环境一体化的无机材料卓越工程师特色的“实培计划”培养体系,揭示了“实培计划”对促进学生实践创新思维与工程实践能力的培养的重要作用。
The Beijing Municipal Education Commission practices the"Beijing Higher Education Level Talents Cross-cultivation Program",in which the program allows students'laboratories,enterprises,and research institutes to practice and promote students'"study and thinking","integration of knowledge and practice"and"integration of knowledge and action".This paper focuses on the analysis of the characteristics of the implementation of the"Practical Training Program"of the school of materials of Beijing University of Technology and the effective combination of three sub-projects:work internship,scientific research training and graduation design.From the combination of time,content,and environment,the"Practical Training Program"system that integrates the characteristics of excellent engineers of inorganic materials,and reveals the important role in promoting students'innovative thinking and engineering practice ability.
