师范生心理调节能力与就业压力的相关研究

Study on Relationship between Normal University Students’ Psychological Adjustment Ability and Employment Pressure

随着高校毕业生人数的不断增多,以往被认为就业有保障的师范类大学生现在也面临着严峻的就业压力,从而对师范生的心理产生了一定的影响。作为师范类学生应该具备一定的心理调节能力,有效地对就业压力进行调节,摆正心态,这样才能够在激烈的人才市场竞争中处于优势地位。文章就师范生的心理调节能力与就业压力进行了研究。

With the increasing number of college graduates,the normal university students who used to be considered to have secure employment are also facing severe employment pressure,which has a certain impact on the psychology of normal university students.As normal university students,they should have certain psychological adjustment ability,effectively adjust the employment pressure and correct their mentality,so that they can be in a dominant position in the fierce talent market competition.This paper studies the psychological adjustment ability and employment pressure of normal school students.
