止血药的临床应用进展

Advances in Clinical Application of Hemostatic Drugs

大量失血已成为造成患者死亡的首要原因。因此如何快速、有效、安全的止血是挽救患者生命的关键所在。研究表明,传统止血药物在发挥止血效应时存在一定的副作用,而近年来文献报道的新型止血药物研发大多从中药与西药结合、物理与化学机制结合和凝血与抗凝血功能平衡的角度出发。本文对止血药物及其研发思路进行综述,为进一步在临床开展创伤止血提供参考。

A large amount of blood loss has become the leading cause of death of patients.Therefore,how to stop bleeding quickly,effectively and safely is the key to save the patient's life.The results show that the traditional hemostatic drugs have some side effects while the hemostatic effect is exerted,and the new hemostatic drugs developed in recent years are mostly from the combination of traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine,the combination of physical and chemical mechanism and the balance of coagulation and anticoagulant function.In this paper,the hemostatic drugs and their research and development ideas are reviewed to provide a reference for further clinical development of traumatic hemostasis.
