合成生物学与新型给药途径防治流感的综述

摘要 本文通过查阅国内外合成生物学、疫苗给药途径和流感防治相关文献,综述了运用合成生物学技术与研发新型给药途径防治流感的可能性,例如,利用合成生物学方法缩短疫苗中抗原的装配时间,以缩短研发周期,达到开发应急疫苗的目的,制备能够改造人体肠道菌群的口服疫苗和方便给药的吸入式疫苗,为流感疫苗研发、制备和使用提供独特的思路。 Through the consulting literature on synthetic biology,vaccine delivery routes and influenza prevention,this paper summarizes the possibility of using synthetic biology technique and developing new drug delivery routes to prevent and control influenza.For example,using synthetic biology to shorten the assembly time of antigens in vaccines,the research and development cycle was improved,achieve the purpose of developing emergency vaccines and prepare human intestinal flora that can transform human intestinal flora.Oral vaccines and easy-to-administer inhaled vaccines provide unique ideas for the development,preparation and using of influenza vaccines.
