ICU清醒患者睡眠质量现状及影响因素分析

Status and Influencing Factors of Sleep Quality in ICU Awake Patients

目的:调查ICU清醒患者睡眠质量现状分析其影响因素。方法:2018年11月1日~2019年1月31日,对170例ICU清醒患者采用一般资料调查表、理查兹-坎贝尔睡眠量表(RCSQ)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、疼痛程度数字评分(NRS)进行调查。结果:患者RCSQ总得分为(49.05±18.86)分;多元线性回归分析显示,ICU噪音、是否入住单人病房及焦虑程度是影响ICU清醒患者睡眠质量的相关因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:ICU清醒患者的睡眠质量一般且影响因素较多,应采取针对性的措施改善患者睡眠质量。

Objective:To investigate the status and influencing factors of sleep quality in ICU awake patients.Methods:From November 1,2018 to January 31,2019,170 awake ICU patients were surveyed using the general data questionnaire,RCSQ,SAS,and NRS.Results:The total score of RCSQ of the patients in the group was(49.05±18.86).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that ICU noise,whether to stay in a single ward or not,and anxiety level were the relevant factors affecting the sleep quality of awake ICU patients(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The sleep quality of awake ICU patients is general and there are many influencing factors,therefore specific measures should be taken to improve the sleep quality of patients.
