瑞芬太尼与芬太尼对妇科腹腔镜手术麻醉诱导患者应激反应及其认知功能的影响评价

Effect of Remifentanil and Fentanyl on Stress Response and Cognitive Function in Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery Patients Induced by Anesthesia

目的:探讨瑞芬太尼与芬太尼对妇科腹腔镜手术麻醉诱导患者应激反应及其认知功能的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年1月本院收治的行妇科腹腔镜手术治疗的64例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据随机数字表法将其分成两组,在注射咪达唑仑后,观察组注射舒芬太尼,对照组注射芬太尼,比较两种药物对两组患者应激反应和认知功能的影响。结果:观察组T0时的去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素、平均动脉压、术前MMSE与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05),T1、T2、T3时的去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素、平均动脉压,术后MMS评分与对照组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:妇科腹腔镜手术麻醉诱导患者的临床治疗中,瑞芬太尼在降低该病患者应激反应及认知功能的影响与芬太尼相比优势更明显。

Objective:To investigate the effects of remifentanil and fentanyl on stress response and cognitive function in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery under anesthesia induction.Methods:The clinical data of 64 patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method.After midazolam injection,the observation group was injected with sufentanil and the control group was injected with fentanyl.The effects of the two drugs on stress response and cognitive function of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in norepinephrine,adrenaline,mean arterial pressure and preoperative MMSE between the observation group and the control group at T0(P>0.05).Norepinephrine,adrenaline and mean arterial pressure at T1,T2 and T3 were significantly different between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Remifentanil has more advantages than fentanyl in reducing stress response and cognitive function in the clinical treatment of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients induced by anesthesia.
