不同剂量右美托咪定对腰-硬联合麻醉妇科手术患者镇静作用的影响研究

Effects of Different Doses of Dexmedetomidine on Sedation of Patients Undergoing Gynecological Surgery with Combined Spinal and Epidural Anesthesia

目的:分析不同剂量右美托咪定对腰-硬联合麻醉妇科手术患者镇静作用的影响研究。方法:将我院收治的60例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。在开始手术前10min时,给予两组患者0.5μg/kg的右美托咪定。随后,观察组患者每小时给予0.4μg/kg的右美托咪定输注;对照组患者则每小时给与0.2μg/kg的右美托咪定输注,对比两组患者的镇痛效果。结果:观察组患者的镇痛效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的镇静水平以及Ramsay镇静评分明显优于手术前(P<0.05),且观察组患者的镇静水平值以及Ramsay镇静评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:右美托咪定的使用计量不同达到的镇痛效果也不同,大剂量的右美托咪定能够达到良好的镇痛效果。

Objective:To analyze the effects of different doses of dexmedetomidine on sedation in patients undergoing gynecological surgery with lumbar-hard anesthesia.Methods:60 patients admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the study and were randomly divided into reference group and control group,30 cases each.At the first 10 minutes of the start of surgery,0.5μg/kg of dexmedetomidine was administered to both groups of patients.Subsequently,the reference group received an IV infusion of 0.4μg/kg of dexmedetomidine per hour;the control group received an infusion of 0.2μg/kg of dexmedetomidine per hour,and the analgesic effect of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:The analgesic effect of the reference group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The sedation level and Ramsay sedation score of the reference group were significantly better than those before surgery(P<0.05),and the sedation level and Ramsay sedation score of the reference group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the reference group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The analgesic effect of dexmedetomidine is different,the high dose of dexmedetomidine can achieve good analgesic effect.
