右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉患者的镇静及全身麻醉药物的节俭作用

Sedative Effect of Dexmetomide on General Anesthetized Patients and Thrift Effect of General Anesthetics

目的:分析右美托咪定(简称Dex)辅助全身麻醉(简称全麻)患者的镇静及全麻药物的节俭作用。方法:56例全麻患者随机分A组(Dex辅助全麻)和B组(常规全麻),均28例。对比镇静效果和药物节俭作用。结果:麻醉后,两组患者的RSS评分均高于麻醉前,且A组高于B组(P<0.05)。A组患者的丙泊酚与芬太尼药物用量均少于B组(P<0.05);A组患者的不良反应率低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:为全麻患者行Dex辅助麻醉可保证镇静效果,减少麻醉药物的使用剂量,并能减少不良反应,保证麻醉安全。

Objective:To analyze the sedative effect of dexmetomide(Dex)assisted general anesthesia(general anesthesia)and the frugal effect of general anesthesia.Methods:Fifty-six patients with general anesthesia were randomly divided into group A(Dex-assisted general anesthesia)and group B(conventional general anesthesia),28 of them.Compare the sedative effect with the drug thrift effect.Results:After anesthesia,the RSS scores of both groups were higher than before anesthesia,and group A was higher than group B(P<0.05).The dosage of propofol and fentanyl in group A was less than that in group B(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:DEX assisted anesthesia for general anesthesia patients can ensure the sedative effect,reduce the dosage of narcotic drugs,reduce adverse reactions,ensure the safety of anesthesia.
