间苯三酚注射液治疗急诊老年痉挛性腹痛患者的临床效果评价

Clinical Effect Evaluation of Phloroglucinol Injection on Elderly Patients with Acute Spasmodic Abdominal Pain

目的:观察并评价急诊老年痉挛性腹痛患者采用间苯三酚注射液治疗的临床效果。方法:选择于我院接受治疗的56例急诊老年痉挛性腹痛患者,随机将其分为两组。参照组予以山茛菪碱治疗,观察组予以间苯三酚注射液治疗。观察并对比两种治疗方法的临床疗效与安全性。结果:观察组患者视物模糊、口干、心悸等不良反应发生率与参照组比较明显更低,P<0.05;观察组患者治疗有效率与参照组比较明显更高,P<0.05;治疗后观察组患者疼痛持续时间与参照组比较明显更短,大便次数更少,疼痛强度更低,P<0.05。结论:在急诊老年痉挛性腹痛患者治疗过程中予以患者间苯三酚注射液治疗,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高治疗效果,且药物毒副反应更低,具有更高安全性。

Objection:To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of phloroglucinol injection in elderly patients with acute spasmodic abdominal pain.Methods:56 cases of elderly patients with spasmodic abdominal pain treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was treated with butterdamine,and the observation group was treated with phloroglucinol injection.This research is to observe and compare the clinical efficacy and safety of the two treatment methods.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions such as blurred vision,dry mouth and heart palpitations in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the duration of pain in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,with fewer bowel movements and lower pain intensity(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the course of emergency treatment of elderly patients with spasmodic abdominal pain,the treatment of phloroglucinol injection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the treatment effect,and drug toxicity and side effects are lower.
