重组人干扰素治疗宫颈HPV感染的效果观察

Effect of Recombinant Human Interferon on Cervical HPV Infection

目的:分析重组人干扰素对治疗宫颈人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者的临床价值,以此为相关治疗提供参考意见。方法:选取我院收治的88例宫颈HPV感染患者随机分为参照组(44例,给予开展常规药物治疗)、试验组(44例,给予采用重组人干扰素治疗)。对其治疗3个疗程后HPV转阴结果的检测情况进行统计。结果:试验组患者治疗1疗程后总有效率(68.18%)高于参照组(45.46%),经检验存在统计学差异(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗2疗程后总有效率(77.27%)高于参照组(56.82%),经检验存在统计学差异(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗3疗程后总有效率(86.36%)高于参照组(68.18%),经检验存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:治疗宫颈HPV感染采取重组人干扰素疗效显著。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of recombinant human interferon in treating patients with cervical HPV infection,and to provide reference opinions for related treatments.Methods:Eighty-eight patients with cervical HPV infection were randomly divided into a reference group(44 patients were given conventional drug treatment)and a test group(44 patients were treated with recombinant human interferon).The detection results of HPV negative results after 3 courses of treatment were analyzed.Results:After 1 course of treatment,the total effective rate of patients in the test group(68.18%)was higher than that of the reference group(45.46%),and there was a statistical difference after testing(P<0.05);The efficiency(77.27%)was higher than the reference group(56.82%),and there was a statistical difference after testing(P<0.05).After 3 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the patients in the test group(86.36%)was higher than the reference group(68.18%).There was statistical difference after testing(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant human interferon is effective in treating cervical HPV infection.
