红霉素联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿呼吸道感染临床效果及安全性研究

Clinical Effect and Safety of Erythromycin Combined with Azithromycin Sequential Therapy in Children with Respiratory Infection

目的:研究红霉素联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法用于临床治疗小儿呼吸道感染的疗效,并评价其安全性。方法:将本院收治的214例呼吸道感染患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组107例患儿。对照组给予阿奇霉素单药治疗,观察组给予红霉素+阿奇霉素联合治疗。对比分析临床症状缓解时间、治疗效果、不良反应情况。结果:观察组患者的临床症状缓解时间比对照组短,对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率(94.39%)高于对照组(84.11%),对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为12.15%,高于对照组的6.54%,但差异不具统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:红霉素联合阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿呼吸道感染的临床疗效很好,且用药安全。

Objective:To study the efficacy of erythromycin combined with azithromycin sequential therapy in the clinical treatment of respiratory infection in children and evaluate its safety.Methods:214 children with respiratory infection were randomly divided into observation group and control group,107 children in each group.The control group was given azithromycin monotherapy,and the observation group was given erythromycin+azithromycin.The clinical symptom relief time,treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared and analyzed.Results:The clinical symptom relief time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group(94.39%)was higher than that of the control group(84.11%)(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group(12.15%)was higher than that of the control group(6.54%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of erythromycin combined with azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of respiratory infection in children is very good and safe.
