依诺肝素钠联合弹力袜对股骨颈骨折患者DVT形成的预防效果

Effects of Enoxaparin Sodium Combined with Compression Stockings in Prevention of DVT Formation in Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

目的:探讨依诺肝素钠联合弹力袜对股骨颈骨折患者深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的预防效果。方法:选择80例股骨颈骨折患者随机分为两组,各40例。所有患者均行髋关节置换术进行治疗,对照组患者术后使用依诺肝素钠注射液进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上应用弹力袜进行干预,两组均连续干预15d。观察两组血液流变学指标水平及深静脉血栓发生情况。结果:干预15d后,两组患者血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度水平均较干预前有所降低,且观察组降低更多,观察组深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:依诺肝素钠联合弹力袜对股骨颈骨折患者进行干预,可有效改善患者血液流变学,减少术后深静脉血栓发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the effects of enoxaparin sodium combined with compression stockings in prevention of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)formation in patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:80 patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.All patients underwent reduction and internal fixation.After surgery,control group was treated with enoxaparin sodium injection,and observation group was given compression stockings intervention based on control group,with 15d intervention in two groups.The levels of hemodynamic indexes and the incidence of DVT in two groups were observed.Results:After 15d intervention,the levels of plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and whole blood high shear viscosity in two groups were lower than those before intervention,and observation group decreased more significantly,and the incidence of DVT in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Enoxaparin sodium combined with compression stockings intervention in patients with femoral neck fracture and improve hemodynamics and reduce the incidence of postoperative DVT,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
