复方血栓通胶囊联合针刺治疗白内障术后黄斑水肿的疗效分析

Efficacy of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule Combined with Acupuncture in Treatment of Macular Edema after Cataract Surgery

目的:探讨白内障术后黄斑水肿应用复方血栓通胶囊联合针刺治疗的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年8月至2019年1月我院收治的112例白内障术后黄斑水肿患者病例资料,根据治疗方式的不同将所有患者分为两组,各56例。对照组仅予以复方血栓通胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合针刺治疗。比较两组患者眼压、最佳矫正视力与黄斑区视网膜厚度变化情况与临床治疗总有效率。结果:治疗后两组眼压及最佳矫正视力均有所提高,黄斑区视网膜厚度均有所降低,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对白内障术后黄斑水肿患者实施复方血栓通胶囊联合针刺治疗,可有效帮助其改善眼压、最佳矫正视力,临床疗效确切。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with acupuncture in treatment of macular edema after cataract surgery.Methods:The medical data of 112 patients with macular edema after cataract surgery in the hospital from August 2017 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were divided into two groups by treatment methods,with 56 cases in each group.Control group was given compound Xueshuantong capsule,and observation group was given acupuncture based on control group.The intraocular pressure,best corrected visual acuity,retinal thickness of macular region,and total clinical effective rate were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the intraocular pressure and best corrected visual acuity in two groups increased,the retinal thickness of macular region decreased,and the changing range of observation group was larger than that of control group(P<0.05);The total clinical effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with acupuncture in treatment of macular edema after cataract surgery can improve intraocular pressure and best corrected visual acuity,which has significant clinical efficacy.
