缩宫素引产中应用心理护理干预对产程的影响及其效果评价

Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Labor Induction with Oxytocin and its Effect Evaluation

目的:观察并评价心理护理干预方法对缩宫素引产产妇产程和效果的影响。方法:我院在2017年7月至2019年1月共计收治需用缩宫素引产的初产妇60例作为观察对象,依据随机分层法做出两组分组处理,在对照组常规护理的基础上,对实验组加强心理护理干预。观察并比较两组产妇产程用时等护理效果差异。结果:实验组产妇各产程耗时皆要短于对照组,总产程用时短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组产妇正常阴道分娩率要明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组新生儿Apgar评分明显要高于对照组,且新生儿窒息率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对采用缩宫素引产的产妇予以心理护理干预,能有效缩短产程,提高顺产分娩率,保证母婴生命质量。

Objective:To observe and evaluate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the process and effect of oxytocin induced labor.Methods:From July 2017 to January 2019,a total of 60 primipara who needed oxytocin to induce labor in our hospital were observed in this experiment.According to the random stratification method,two groups were divided into two groups.On the basis of routine nursing in the control group,psychological nursing intervention was strengthened in the experimental group.Observe and compare the difference of nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The duration of labor in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the total duration of labor was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The normal vaginal delivery rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The Apgar score of the newborn in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the asphyxia rate of the newborn was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention can effectively shorten the labor process,improve the rate of spontaneous delivery,ensure the quality of life of mothers and infants.
