高危出血因素健康宣教结合卡孕栓在疤痕子宫妊娠患者剖宫产术后产后出血中的应用

Application of Health Education of High-risk Bwwleeding Factors Combined with Methyl Carprost Suppositories in Postpartum Hemorrhage after Cesarean Section in Patients With Scar Uterus Pregnancy

目的:研究高危出血因素健康宣教结合卡孕栓在疤痕子宫妊娠患者剖宫产术后产后出血中的应用。方法:选取于我院进行剖宫产手术的疤痕子宫妊娠产妇76例随机分为观察组与对照组,各38例。两组患者均给予常规护理结合卡孕栓预防产后出血,观察组在对照组基础上结合高危出血因素健康宣教,比较两组患者术后出血量,护理前后焦虑、抑郁状况。结果:观察组术后2h与24h内出血量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组焦虑、抑郁评分均有显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高危出血因素健康宣教结合卡孕栓可显著降低疤痕子宫妊娠患者产后出血发生率,减轻产妇焦虑、抑郁状况。

Objective:To study the application of health education of high-risk bleeding factors combined with methyl carprost suppositories in postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section in patients with scar uterus pregnancy.Methods:76 pregnant women with scar uterus were randomly divided into observation group and control group,38 cases in each group.All patients were given routine nursing combined with methyl carprost suppositories to prevent postpartum hemorrhage,and observation group was combined with health education of high-risk bleeding factors on the basis of control group.The postoperative blood loss and anxiety and depression before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The blood loss in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group at 2h and 24h after operation(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education of high-risk bleeding factors combined with methyl carprost suppositories can significantly reduce the incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage and relieve the anxiety and depression of patients with scar uterine pregnancy.
