高锰酸钾加壳聚糖生物护伤喷膜剂用于会阴切口水肿的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Potassium Permanganate and Chitosan Biological Injury Protection Spray for Perineal Incision Edema

目的:探究高锰酸钾加壳聚糖生物护伤喷膜剂用于会阴切口水肿的临床效果。方法:选取我院产科2018年1月—12月期间治疗的会阴切口水肿患者80例,其中40例患者接受常规护理干预,为对照组;另外,40例患者在常规干预的基础上,加用高锰酸钾联合壳聚糖生物护伤喷膜剂处理,为观察组。比较分析两组患者的疼痛情况、生活质量、临床效果、住院时间、住院费用以及护理满意度。结果:干预前,两组患者的视觉模拟法(VAS)及生活质量评估量表SF-36)评分无显著性差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组VAS分数低于对照组,SF-36分数高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组临床有效率比对照组高,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间和住院费用少于对照组,其护理满意度高于对照组,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:高锰酸钾联合壳聚糖生物护伤喷膜剂应用于会阴切口水肿中效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of potassium permanganate plus chitosan bio-wound spray on perineal incision edema.Methods:80 patients with perineal incision edema treated in obstetrics department of our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected,40 of them received routine nursing intervention as the control group;another 40 patients were treated with potassium permanganate combined with chitosan bio-injury spray on the basis of routine intervention as the observation group.The pain situation,quality of life,clinical effect,hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in VAS and SF-36 scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The length of stay and the cost of hospitalization in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and their nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Potassium permanganate combined with chitosan bio-wound protection spray has a remarkable effect on perineal incision edema.
