双岐杆菌三联活菌联合谷氨酰胺治疗急性胰腺炎患者的临床研究

Clinical Study of Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Bacteria Combined with Glutamine in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis

目的:探讨双岐杆菌三联活菌联合谷氨酰胺治疗急性胰腺炎患者的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的60例急性胰腺炎患者进行研究,按照研究方法的不同分为A组、B组、C组,每组20例,其中A组患者采用单纯肠内营养治疗,B组行肠内营养联合谷氨酰胺治疗。C组采用肠内营养联合谷氨酰胺、双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗;对三组的治疗效果进行比较。结果:①治疗后,B组与C组患者白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)等免疫指标比较均均明显优于A组(P<0.05);且B组与C组比较,各指标均存在明显差异性(P<0.05);②治疗后三组患者两两比较APACHEⅡ评分、D-乳酸水平、降钙素原(PCT)水平均存在明显差异性(P<0.05);③B组与C组患者血清淀粉酶及尿淀粉酶恢复时间均优于A组,且B组与C组比较差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:双岐杆菌三联活菌联合谷氨酰胺治在急性胰腺炎患者治疗中可发挥较好的功效。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria combined with glutamine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods:60 patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital were selected and divided into group A,group B and group C according to different research methods.20 patients in each group were treated with enteral nutrition alone and group B with enteral nutrition combined with glutamine.Group C was treated with enteral nutrition combined with glutamine and Bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria,and the therapeutic effects of the three groups were compared.Results:(1)After treatment,the immune indexes such as interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)in group B and group C were significantly better than those in group A(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in each index between group B and group C(P<0.05);(2)APACHE II score,D-lactic acid level and procalcitonin level were compared between two groups after treatment.(There were significant differences in PCT levels(P<0.05);(3)The recovery time of serum amylase and urinary amylase in group B and group C were better than that in group A,and the difference between group B and group C was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria combined with glutamine can play a better role in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.
