犬咬伤后伤口的处理及狂犬疫苗接种的护理观察

Treatment of Wound After Dog Bite and Nursing Observation of Rabies Vaccination

目的:观察犬咬伤后伤口的处理剂狂犬疫苗接种的护理方法及效果。方法:选择我中心接受治疗的186例犬咬伤患者作为实验对象,将其随机分为对照组(93例)和研究组(93例),对照组予以常规包扎处理和狂犬疫苗接种,研究组予以狂犬疫苗接种及伤口处理护理干预,比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率、护理满意度、接种过程中的依从性、狂犬病发生率。结果:研究组患者的不良反应发生率、狂犬病发生率相比于对照组明显降低,其总有效率、护理满意度、接种过程中的依从性相比于对照组明显提高,组间具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:犬咬伤后及时进行狂犬疫苗接种及伤口处理护理干预有利于减少不良反应、狂犬病发生危险,提高患者依从性和满意度。

Objective:To observe the nursing method and effect of rabies vaccine inoculation,a treatment agent for wound after dog bite.Methods:186 patients with dog bite who were treated in Our center were selected as experimental subjects.They were divided into control group(93 cases)and research group(93 cases).The control group was given routine bandage treatment and rabies vaccine vaccination.The research group was given rabies vaccine vaccination and wound treatment nursing intervention.The therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Nursing satisfaction,compliance during vaccination and incidence of rabies.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions and rabies in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate,nursing satisfaction and compliance in the vaccination process were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The timely vaccination of rabies vaccine and nursing intervention of wound treatment after dog bite are helpful to reduce adverse reactions and risk of rabies,improve patient compliance and satisfaction.
