米索前列醇联合葡萄糖酸钙预防剖宫产术中和产后出血的应用效果

Application Effect of Misoprostol Combined with Calcium Gluconate in Preventing Intraoperative and Postpartum Hemorrhage During Cesarean Section

目的:分析探讨应用米索前列醇联合葡萄糖酸钙预防术中以及产后出血的效果。方法:选择在本院接受剖宫产术的52例患者作为研究对象,选择随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组应用米索前列醇,观察组在其基础上联合葡萄糖酸钙,对比两组患者出血量以及体征变化情况。结果:观察组患者术中出血量、术后2h、术后24h出血量和对照组相比较具有显著差异,P<0.05。两组患者体征指标对比无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:在剖宫产后应用米索前列醇联合葡萄糖酸钙进行术中、产后出血的预防具有显著的临床治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the effect of prevention of intraoperative and postpartum hemorrhage with misoprostol combined with calcium gluconate.Methods:52 patients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group used misoprostol.The observation group was based on it.Combined with calcium gluconate,the bleeding volume and signs of changes were compared between the two groups.Results:The amount of intraoperative blood loss,2 hours after surgery,and 24 hours postoperatively in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the physical signs between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion:The use of misoprostol combined with calcium gluconate for the prevention of intraoperative and postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section has significant clinical therapeutic effect.
