产后出血防治中欣母沛与缩宫素的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Xinmupei and Oxytocin in Prevention and Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的:分析产后出血防治中欣母沛与缩宫素的应用价值。方法:本次研究对象选取2017年1月至2019年1月期间产妇50例,按照随机划分方式,将产妇分为实验组与对照组,每组25例,其中实验组是在产后予以欣母沛臀肌注射,对照组是以缩宫素的肌肉注射方式为主,观察两组治疗效果。结果:实验组出血量下降、术后2h宫底和脐部相距、肠蠕动恢复时间较优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发病率为8%,低于对照组为44%(P<0.05)。结论:与缩宫素相比较,欣母沛可以明显改善术后效果,在预防产后出血的同时,加快患者恢复速度。

Objective:To analyze the value of the application of Cushing’s and oxytocin in the prevention and control of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:50 parturients from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected in this study.According to the method of random division,the parturients were divided into experimental group and control group,25 cases in each group.The experimental group was injected with Xinmupei gluteal muscle after delivery,while the control group was mainly injected with oxytocin.The amount of bleeding,clinical treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results:The amount of blood loss in the experimental group was decreased,and the time of intestinal peristalsis was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was 8%.It was 44%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with oxytocin,Xinmu Pei can obviously improve the postoperative effect and speed up the recovery rate of patients while preventing postpartum hemorrhage.
