硝苯地平控释片用于治疗妊娠高血压综合征的临床护理分析

Clinical Nursing Analysis of Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets in the Treatment of Pregnancy-induced Hypertension Syndrome

目的:探讨硝苯地平控释片治疗妊娠高血压综合征的护理及护理效果。方法:随机选取我院2016年9月至2018月9月收治的80例妊娠高血压综合征患者,均分为常规组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。两组均用硝苯地平控释片治疗,其中常规组行常规护理,观察组患者则行综合护理联合Peplau人际关系理论护理。结果:干预后,观察组患者SBP及DBP指标水平改善优于常规组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:硝苯地平控释片治疗妊娠高血压综合征予以综合护理联合Peplau人际关系理论护理,可在改善患者临床指标的同时,提高其护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the nursing effect of nifedipine controlled-release tablets in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.Methods:80 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:routine group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).Both groups were treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets,in which the routine group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing combined with Peplau interpersonal relationship theory nursing.Results:After intervention,the improvement of SBP and DBP in the observation group was better than that in the routine group(P<0.05),and the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nifedipine controlledrelease tablets in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome combined with Peplau interpersonal relationship theory nursing,can improve the clinical indicators of patients at the same time,improve their nursing satisfaction.
