喜炎平注射液联合蓝芩口服液治疗手足口病的效果观察及护理

Observation and Nursing of Xiyanping Injection Combined with Lanqin Oral Liquid in the Treatment of Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease

目的:分析喜炎平注射液联合蓝芩口服液治疗手足口病的效果观察及护理。方法:选取48例手足口病患儿分为对照组和试验组,其中对照组患儿(24例)进行利巴韦林治疗,试验组患儿(24例)进行喜炎平注射液联合蓝芩口服液治疗,同时对患儿予以临床护理干预,观察两组患儿治疗效果和相关临床指标。结果:试验组患儿的治疗总有效率(100%)明显高于对照组(70.8%),两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿的发热消退时间、疱疹消退时间均明显短于对照组,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手足口病患儿采取喜炎平注射液联合蓝芩口服液治疗,并予以临床护理干预,效果理想,可以明显缩短患儿临床治疗时间。

Objective:To analyze the effect observation and nursing of Xiyanping injection combined with Lanqin oral liquid in the treatment of hand,foot mouth disease(HFMD).Methods:48 children with HFMD were divided into control group and experimental group.24 children in control group were treated with ribavirin and 24 children in experimental group were treated with Xiyanping injection and Lanqin oral liquid.Clinical nursing intervention was carried out to observe the therapeutic effect and relevant clinical indicators of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group(100%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.8%),there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);the fever regression time and herpes regression time of the test group were significantly shorter than that of the control group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiyanping injection combined with Lanqin oral liquid was used in the treatment of HFMD,and clinical nursing intervention was given.The therapeutic effect was ideal,and the clinical treatment time of HFMD could be significantly shortened.
