不同剂量复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的临床研究

Clinical Study of Different Doses of Compound Ferrous Sulfate Folic Acid Tablets in the Treatment of Iron Deficiency Anemia in Pregnancy

目的:探讨不同剂量复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的临床效果。方法:取我院2018年8月至2019年9月时间段内诊治的90例妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者,随机分为A组30例、B组30例、C组30例。即患者均施以复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片治疗,但各组给药剂量不同,比较各组患者治疗效果。结果:于中重度缺铁性贫血患者中,C组血常规指标最高,和B组、A组比较有意义(P<0.05);且B组血常规指标高于A组,各数据间比较有意义(P<0.05);而在轻度缺铁性贫血患者救治期间,治疗后血常规指标均高于治疗前,且各组数据比较有意义(P<0.05)。另外,各组患者妊娠结局比较相似(P>0.05)。结论:在妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者中,复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片不同给药剂量下,治疗效果也存在不同,即次剂量为200mg时可有效治疗重度缺铁性贫血患者,次剂量为150mg时能够促进血常规恢复,次剂量为100mg时多治疗轻度贫血患者。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of different doses of compound ferrous sulfate folic acid tablets in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in pregnancy.Methods:90 cases of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy were randomly divided into group A(30 cases),group B(30 cases)and group C(30 cases).That is to say,all patients were treated with compound ferrous sulfate folic acid tablets,but the dosage of each group was different,and the therapeutic effect of each group was compared.Results:In the patients with moderate and severe iron deficiency anemia,the blood routine indexes in group C were the highest,which were more significant than those in group B and group A(P<0.05);and the blood routine indexes in group B were higher than those in group A,and the data were more significant(P<0.05);while in the patients with mild iron deficiency anemia,the blood routine indexes after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the data in each group were more meaningful(P<0.05).In addition,the pregnancy outcomes of each group were similar(P>0.05).Conclusion:In patients with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy,the therapeutic effect of compound ferrous sulfate folic acid tablets is different under different dosage.That is to say,the second dose of 200 mg can effectively treat patients with severe iron deficiency anemia,the second dose of 150 mg can promote the recovery of blood routine,and the second dose of 100 mg can treat patients with mild anemia more.
