摘要 复发性流产(recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA)不仅对患者造成生理上的伤害,而且对患者及其家庭产生心理上的不良影响。随着女性生育年龄的延后,RSA发生率有所增加,这一问题愈发值得关注。如何规范进行RSA诊疗、探索其发病机制、改善妊娠结局是目前妇产科学、遗传学、生殖免疫学等领域的研究热点。近年来,随着临床上对于RSA的认识不断深化,新的诊疗方法为RSA患者带来希望。
