In recent years,the clinical use rate of premixed insulin 50 has been increasing because it accord to the hyposecretion of early phase of insulin in Chinese diabetics.Based on the evidence of effectiveness and safety of premixed insulin 50 and clinical experience,Chinese experts formulated the Practical Guidance on the Use of Premixed insulin 50 on Clinical Applications,focusing on the suitable population,initiation,conversion and dosage adjustment plan of premixed insulin 50 for clinical reference.
