壮腰通络方+手法按摩+中药热奄包治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Curative Effect of Zhuangyao Tongluo Recipe Combined with Manual Massage and Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot-cover Packet on Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探究壮腰通络方联合中药热奄包配合手法按摩治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:选取我院收治60例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,30例/组,对照组接受中药热奄包配合手法按摩治疗,研究在此基础上联用壮腰通络方治疗患者,两组均治疗30d,随访6个月,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组疼痛分级指数(PRI)和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)均低于对照组,总复发率、平均复发次数低于对照组,首月复发时间迟于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:壮腰通络方联合中药热奄包配合手法按摩治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有较高的临床疗效,能有效地缓解患者腰腿疼痛,且复发率较低。

Objective:To explore curative effect of Zhuangyao Tongluo recipe combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)hot-cover packet and manual massage on lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were enrolled in our hospital.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,30 patients/group.The control group received Chinese herbal medicine hot pack and manual massage treatment.On this basis,the patients were treated with Zhuangyao Tongluo Recipe.The two groups were treated for 30 days and followed up for 6 months.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PRI and VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group.The total recurrence rate and average recurrence frequency were lower than the control group,and the recurrence time in the first month was later than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Zhuangyao Tongluo recipe combined with TCM hot-cover packet and manual massage is relatively higher on LDH,which can effectively relieve low back and leg pain.And the recurrence rate is relatively lower.
