箱庭游戏对1型糖尿病儿童胰岛素注射治疗依从性及心理状态的影响观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探究箱庭游戏对1型糖尿病(T1MD)儿童胰岛素注射治疗依从性及心理状态的影响观察。方法:选取于我院接受治疗的82例T1MD患儿为受试对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各41例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在其基础上实施箱庭游戏。比较两组患儿干预前后的治疗依从性及心理状态变化。结果:干预6个月后,两组患儿定时测量血糖、按时注射胰岛素、坚持运动等评分及心理韧性评分均较干预前显著上升(P均<0.05),且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:箱庭游戏的干预可明显提高T1MD患儿治疗依从性,且还有利于患儿心理状态的改变。 Objective:To explore the effects of Sandplay on treatment compliance and psychological status of children with type 1 diabetes mellitus by insulin injection therapy.Methods:A total of 102 children patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus were selected for the study,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 51 cases in each group.Control group was given routine intervention,and observation group was given Sandplay for intervention on this basis.Treatment compliance and psychological status were compared between the two groups before intervention and after 6 months of intervention.Results:After 6 months of intervention,the scores of treatment compliance items of regular blood glucose measurement,insulin injection on time and adherence to exercise and scores of toughness,optimism and self-improvement and total score of psychological resilience in the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention(all P<0.05),and the scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of Sandplay plays an active role in the treatment of children with type 1 diabetes mellitus,and it can promote the treatment compliance.And it is also beneficial to the changes of psychological status of children patients.
