Objective:To study the clinical application effects of celecoxib preemptive analgesia combined with percutaneousvertebraplasty(PVP)in the treatment of elderly osteoporotic fractures(OVCF).Methods:92 patients with OVCF in our hospital from May 2018 to November 2018were selected and randomlydivided into two groups, with 46 cases in each group. And they were given PVP surgery, and observation group was given celecoxib orally at 3d before surgery, and control group was given diclofenac orally. The intraoperative and postoperative analgesic effects were compared between the two groups. Results:The anesthesia time, operative time and lidocaine dosage in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the preoperative VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05),and the VAS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group at puncture,at bone cement perfusion and at the end of surgery(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Preemptive analgesia with celecoxib for PVP surgery in elderly OVCF patients is beneficial to improve the intraoperative and postoperative analgesic effects, and create favorable conditions for successful completion of surgery and rehabilitation of patients.
