β-七叶皂甙钠治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察β-七叶皂甙钠治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的疗效及机制研究。方法:选取医院收治的ACI患者98例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组进行常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予β-七叶皂甙钠治疗。比较两组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分及白细胞介素指标、两组治疗有效率及血清指标。结果:观察组治疗后神经功能缺损评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗有效率为91.84%高于对照组75.51%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组FDM值高于对照组(P<0.05),Hcy、hs-CRP、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:β-七叶皂甙钠治疗ACI的效果较好,有效改善患者神经功能及血清指标。 Objective:To observe the curative effect and mechanism of β-aescine sodium on acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:98 ACI patients admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 49 cases in each group.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated withβ-aescin sodium on the basis of the control group.The neurological deficit scores and interleukin indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the effective rate and serum index of the two groups were compared.Results:The neurological deficit score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the effective rate was 91.84%higher than that of the control group 75.51%(P<0.05);the FDM value of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Hcy,hs-CRP,and IL-6 levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect ofβ-aescine sodium is relatively better on acute cerebral infarction,which can effectively improve neurological function and serum indexes.
