注射用骨肽辅助治疗骨折愈合的效果及护理观察

Effect of Injection of Bone Peptide on the Treatment of Fracture Healing and Nursing Observation

目的:探讨注射用骨肽辅助治疗骨折愈合的效果以及观察患者的护理情况。方法:选取76例骨折患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各38例。对照组术后进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上选用骨肽注射液静脉输注,治疗后观察消肿时间、骨痂形成时间以及骨折愈合时间。比较两组患者血清骨钙素(BGP)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)以及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组消肿时间、骨痂形成时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组BGP水平高于对照组,IL-1、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:骨折患者使用骨肽治疗可以有效的改善骨折愈合情况,抑制患者体内炎症反应,增加患者骨代谢。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Ossotide for injection on adjuvant treatment of fracture healing and observe nursing conditions.Methods:76 fracture patients were selected and randomlydivided into observation group and control group,38 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment after operation.The observation group was treated with bone peptide injection intravenously on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the swelling time,osteophyte formation time and fracture healing time were observed.Serum osteocalcin was compared between the two groups.Bone gla protein(BGP),interleukin-1(IL-1)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels and incidence of adverse reactions.Results:The swelling time,osteophyte formation time and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the BGP level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of IL-1 and IL-6 were lower than the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of bone peptide therapy in patients with fractures can effectively improve the healing of fractures,inhibit the inflammatory response in patients,and increase bone metabolism in patients.
