优质护理在阿卡波糖治糖尿病患者中的应用价值

摘要 目的:分析优质护理在阿卡波糖治疗糖尿病患者中的应用价值。方法:选取本院收治的56例糖尿病患者,给予患者阿卡波糖治疗,在此前提下根据不护理方案将其分成两组各28例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用优质护理,比较护理前后两组患者的血糖水平变化情况、生活质量和日常生活能力,对比依从性。结果:护理前两组的血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组患者的空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组患者的日常生活能力评分和生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组的生活质量评分和日常生活能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组患者的坚持运动、遵医用药、合理饮食者占比(89.29%、100.00%、96.43%)高于对照组(64.29%、75.00%、71.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在阿卡波糖治疗糖尿病患者中应用优质护理能够有效降低患者血糖水平,改善患者生活质量和遵医行为,提高日常生活能力。 Objective:To analyze the application value of high quality nursing in the treatment of diabetic patients with acarbose.Methods:Fifty-six diabetic patients admitted to our hospital were treated with acarbose.On this premise,they were divided into two groups according to the non-nursing scheme,28 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given high-quality nursing.The changes of blood sugar level,quality of life and daily living ability of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Comparing compliance.Results:There was no significant difference in blood sugar level between the two groups before and after nursing(P>0.05);the fasting blood sugar and 2-hour postprandial blood sugar in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in daily living ability score and quality of life score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);and there was no significant difference in quality of life in the observation group after nursing(P>0.05).The scores of quantity and daily living ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The percentage of patients who adhered to exercise,medicine and reasonable diet in the observation group(89.29%,100.00%,96.43%)after nursing was higher than that in the control group(64.29%,75.00%,71.43%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high quality nursing in the treatment of diabetes mellitus patients with acarbose can effectively reduce blood sugar level,improve the quality of life and compliance behavior of patients,and improve the ability of daily living.
