盐酸米诺环素软膏辅以治疗慢性牙周炎的效果及对CRP、IL-6水平的影响

Effect of Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment Combined with Chronic Periodontitis and Its Effect on CRP and IL-6 Levels

目的:探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏辅以治疗慢性牙周炎的效果及对C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法:选取60例慢性牙周炎患者为观察对象,按照不同治疗方案分为对照组(30例,复方碘甘油治疗)和实验组(30例,盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗),对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:实验组患者药物治疗总有效率为96.7%,显著高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)。实验组菌斑指数(PLI)、附着水平(AL)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)等观察指标结果均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)等观察指标结果明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性牙周炎患者接受盐酸米诺环素软膏辅助治疗,效果显著,有助于患者牙周功能改善和恢复,因而推广应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with chronic periodontitis and its effect on CRP and IL-6 levels.Methods:60 patients with chronic periodontitis were divided into control group(30 cases treated with compound iodine glycerin)and experimental group(30 cases treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment)according to different treatment schemes.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of drug treatment in the experimental group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 80.0%(P<0.05).The results of PLI,AL,SBI and PD in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results of IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minocycline hydrochloride ointment is an effective adjuvant treatment for chronic periodontitis,which is helpful to improve and restore periodontal function of patients,so it has a high application value.
